Do you subcontract my work?

No. We strive to ensure all work is completed by trained Alltegra employees with an emphasis on quality work and great people skills. However, on a rare occasion you might see us use a pre-approved contractor especially if we are growing fast in your area. (In which case all the usual Alltegra guarantees apply.) We never farm out your work in bulk to other providers.

Do I have to be a member to use Alltegra’s services?

Not if you have an emergency—we know how hard it is to find a great skilled tradesman who you can trust when you need them the most. In fact, that’s why we founded Alltegra. We help anyone in an emergency, but only members have access to our preventive packages, our dedicated customer support team, and our fantastic special offers.

Is my work really guaranteed for a year?

Absolutely. This is our commitment to you that we always have your best interests at heart. It’s not a gimmick. It’s fundamental to who we are.
